Pre-handover walk-throughs

Two weeks before keys, residents do a structured site walk and raise initial snags. The contractor fixes them before handover day.

Handover day itself

Each unit goes through the checklist: access granted, utilities live, inventory signed off, keys issued. All on tablets, all timestamped.

First board election

In the first 30 days, residents nominate, canvass, and vote for the board / management committee. Minutes auto-filed.

Developer-to-board data transfer

The pre-handover community space transfers to the new board with one click. Developer keeps a read-only archive.
