How a Yuniyo pilot works.

Yuniyo is at the early-partner stage. We work with a small number of developers and apartment associations willing to run one real building on the platform while we shape its first generation. The shortlist is shorter than you’d expect, and we intend to keep it that way for a while.

We name partners only after written permission. Until then, this page explains the mechanics: what we deploy, what we measure, and what a building gets back whether or not the pilot continues.

How a pilot runs

What a Yuniyo pilot actually looks like.

Every pilot starts from the phase the building is actually in — pre-sale, handover, or running. Nothing forced. And a clear path into the rest of the platform as the building moves forward.

Pre-handover

A developer invites off-plan buyers into the building’s private community on Yuniyo. Progress updates, milestones, preference gathering — the things that usually scatter across emails and group chats — land on one surface, with the future board already quietly forming inside it.

Handover

The developer and the newly-elected board run handover day on Yuniyo. Digital snag list per unit, first board election, and a single signed handover package that survives the transfer to the board. Nothing lost in email. Nothing lost in translation.

Post-handover

An apartment association onboards residents, opens the vote register, and runs the platform as its system of record — payments, meters, announcements, elections, minutes — with clean integration into whichever accountant the board prefers. Year one, year five, year twenty.

What we commit to

A pilot is an agreement, not a trial.

A named product lead

A person, not a ticket queue. Every pilot gets a named product lead on their account, and every change to the building-level configuration gets reviewed by them before it ships.

Data ownership, in writing

The building owns its data. Export is one click, and the export format is something a human can read — not a dump you have to hire a consultant to decode. The platform never acts as a hostage.

Clear pilot terms

A short, written pilot agreement with success criteria we agree together, in plain language. If the platform doesn’t hit them, we part ways gracefully — and the exported data goes with the building.
